I've always been an admirer of Japanese music. In my opinion, I personally feel that they are VERY musically talented. Recently, I stumbled upon this band and decided to download it and give it a try. Little did I know that I ended up downloading every album they released that I can find. Man, they are really musically talented! (Just to note, there's this dude who keeps rapping or something like that and he's so Limp Bizkit.) As of 2008, the band was made up by Makii, Yusuke (both vocals), Kazuto (lead guitar), Meg (rhythm guitar), Mackaz (bass guitar), and Sassy on the drums. Just a note, Makii left the band in 2008 after her marriage. They now have a new vocalist. Now, for those of you who are Bleach fans, the famous song "Ichirin no Hana" was by them. High and Mighty Color is really good musically (but their music is a little on the heavy rock side). This album "Beeeeeest" is their final compilation before Makii left the band, released in 2008. I totally enjoy H&MC. The drummer and the guitarists really WOW me. Even Makii, the female vocalist has a very sweet tone to her voice, unlike many Japanese female singers who sing with a kiddish-babyish voice which, in my opinion, makes all hairs on my body stand. If I am to rate this album, i would give it an 8/10. Definitely worth listening to. Enjoy!
